Festival Information

East Midlands

Overview

Nene Valley Rock Festival is a small, independently organised festival focused on classic rock, progressive rock and blues, with occasional folk influences. Its programme combines established performers with bands that receive less exposure at larger festivals, with an emphasis on original music rather than tribute acts.

Three stages and their audience areas are housed inside covered marquees. The two main stages alternate to reduce clashes and make it possible to watch complete sets, while a third stage provides a contrasting choice. The festival is run by volunteers on a not-for-profit basis, with camping and glamping available close to the Music Arena.
