Overview
Todd In The Hole Festival is a family-friendly music, food and camping festival held in the Hertfordshire countryside between Hitchin and Stevenage. Live music and tribute acts are joined by children's entertainment, craft activities, cabaret, bars and street food across the weekend.

Stevenage is the nearest railway station. The festival operates a paid shuttle serving Stevenage station and Hitchin's St Mary's Square. Parking, accessible parking and cycle parking are available, with separate arrangements for campervans and caravans.
Festival Venue
The rural site is former pastureland and is generally flat, although the ground can be naturally uneven. Stages, camping areas, family attractions, food traders and bars are located within the festival grounds.

Important Ticket Information
Visitors aged under 18 must attend with a responsible adult aged 25 or over, with no more than four under-18s per adult. Original photo ID may be required, and the festival operates a Challenge 25 policy at the bar.

Accommodation
Weekend accommodation options include bringing a tent, booking a campervan or caravan pitch, or choosing glamping. Select the appropriate festival and camping products when booking, as a non-camping admission ticket does not provide campsite access.

Campsite Food & Drink
No food or drink is allowed to be brought on to the festival site, with the exception of food for children under 5 years old. There will be free drinking water available, so please bring empty refillable water bottles.

Festival goers should factor in the cost of buying meals and refreshments on site when planning their weekend.
Basic Campsite Regulations:
- No alcohol may be brought on to the festival site.
- No fires or camping stoves/cookery anywhere on site.
- No glass.
- No pets, except guide dogs.
- No gazebos.

Getting Around the Site
- The event site is former pastureland and can be uneven in places.
- The site is generally quite flat.
- Accessible parking is available closer to the event site for Blue Badge holders.
Facilities and Support

- Medication storage is available via the First Aid tent.
- Wheelchair charging may be available if arranged in advance by email.
- Assistance dogs are allowed if notified in advance, with a dog spending area available.
- British Sign Language interpretation is not currently provided.
