North West

Overview

Creamfields is one of the UK’s largest and longest-running electronic music festivals, held each August Bank Holiday weekend at Daresbury Estate in Cheshire. Established in 1998, the festival has evolved into a four-day event featuring leading DJs, live electronic acts and world-renowned stage productions across more than 30 arenas and stages.

The festival is recognised for its large-scale structures and high-end production, including the HALO 360-degree stage, Steel Yard superstructure, and a range of indoor and outdoor arenas that showcase house, techno, drum and bass, trance, hard dance and wider electronic styles. Its scale, production design and line-ups position Creamfields as a major fixture in the global electronic music calendar.

The event attracts audiences from across the UK and beyond, with options for camping, day entry and upgraded hospitality areas. Despite its size, Creamfields continues to refine its layout, accessibility features and stage designs each year, offering a broad and varied experience for dance music fans.
