Overview

Knockengorroch Festival is a long-running independent greenfield music festival held in a secluded upland valley in southwest Scotland. The event takes place on a rural farm site in Galloway, with stages, campsites, and communal spaces spread across the landscape.

The programme draws on a broad mix of folk, world, electronic, and traditional music, alongside workshops, talks, and family-oriented activities. Most attendees camp on site, and the festival’s scale, setting, and structure support a community-focused experience shaped by its natural surroundings.
