Overview

Maverick Festival is an independent Americana and roots music festival held at Easton Farm Park in the Suffolk countryside. First held in 2008, it brings together artists from the UK, North America and elsewhere for a weekend of live music.

Performances take place across five indoor and outdoor stages set among restored Victorian barns, courtyards and open spaces. The programme combines full-band performances and smaller acoustic sets with dance demonstrations and music masterclasses.

Camping, day tickets and a family-friendly programme allow visitors to attend for a single day or stay for the complete weekend. Dogs are also welcome when kept on leads around the site.

The festival is set within the grounds of Easton Farm Park. Performances take place across restored Victorian barns, courtyards and outdoor areas. The main performance areas are paved, while the campsite is a grass meadow, so weather-appropriate footwear is recommended.

Each adult camping in a tent needs a camping-inclusive weekend ticket. If you want to park your car beside your tent, one additional Park & Pitch pass is required per tent and car. Anyone sleeping in a vehicle needs the relevant vehicle pass as well as their own weekend admission.

Accommodation

Camping-inclusive weekend tickets cover Friday and Saturday nights. Visitors can choose from several accommodation options:

  • Bring your own tent
  • Purchase one Park & Pitch pass per tent and car to park your car beside your tent
  • Book a pre-erected bell tent separately when available; camping-inclusive weekend admission is still required
  • Bring a campervan, caravan or motorhome with the appropriate vehicle pass
  • Arrange local accommodation around Easton, Framlingham or Woodbridge

General camping is car-free, with vehicles parked in a nearby field. The campsite has portable toilets, with plumbed toilet facilities and hot showers available within the farm park. Read the official camping information before choosing tickets and any additional passes.

Accessibility

Main stage areas are paved, although the festival takes place on a rural farm site and the campsite is a grass meadow. Accessible toilets are available.

An optional Park & Pitch pass allows visitors to park one car directly beside their tent. This may help anyone who would find transporting camping equipment from the general car park difficult.
