Festival Information

South West

Overview

Outer Town is an immersive DIY multi-venue music festival bringing underground and off-kilter music to independent venues across Bristol’s Old Market area. Its programme draws on the city’s punk, queer and indie scenes while also welcoming artists from elsewhere in the UK and beyond.

Performances are spread across walkable venues, encouraging audiences to move through the neighbourhood and experience live music up close. The festival’s fictional dark-age town, costumed world-building and DIY market add a playful shared setting without taking precedence over the music.
