WOMAD, or "World of Music, Arts and Dance," is a vibrant celebration of global sounds and creativity. This unique festival transforms its venue into a melting pot of diverse musical performances, art installations, and interactive workshops. From the eclectic beats echoing across six stages to the intimate culinary sessions of "Taste the World," attendees are immersed in a rich tapestry of cultures. Beyond music, WOMAD offers over 80 free workshops, inviting participants to dance, sing, and explore new artistic horizons. Produced in collaboration with renowned institutions and artists, including the likes of CERN and Ai Weiwei, WOMAD promises an unforgettable experience that transcends borders and genres. Whether you're grooving to international rhythms, engaging in enlightening debates, or simply soaking in the festival's ambiance, WOMAD is a testament to the unifying power of art and music.

Basic Price Range:  £75 - £260

Tickets can be purchased directly from the Womad website.

Accommodation

Womad Festival  is a camping festival, please bring your own equipment.

Campsite Options:

  • Live-in Vehicles
  • Camp WOMAD Tents
  • Camp WOMAD extras (mattress, sleeping bag, etc)
  • Park and Camp (park next to your tent)
  • Glamping

Campsite Regulations:

  • No fires.
  • Gas cooker canisters restricted to 5kg.
  • Go easy on your neighbours when adding a gazebo/shelter to your campsite.
